Thank you for your interest in Landmarks, an app developed by Foyer Objet Inc. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use our services.

Landmarks (the App) is distributed under the Apple’s Standard License Agreement, Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA is extended or, if partially in conflict, partially replaced by the Terms listed below.

World Pass Subscription

The World Pass plan is enabled via an auto-renewing subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

World Pass Lifetime

Landmarks customers have the option to purchase World Pass Lifetime product as a single in-app purchase. This product provides a license to all features of the App. Premium features that are added after your purchase might not be included. All billing is handled by the App Store and is governed by the App Store’s Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

All purchases are final. The Developer cannot issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID. Customers are encouraged to test the full functionality of the App before subscribing to a paid plan.

App and Service Availability

The Developer of the App may at any time decide to terminate the service in full or in part. While you may still be able to use the installed app on your device, it is important to note that functionality and compatibility with the operating system may be affected.

Future Changes

The Terms may be updated in the future. We encourage you to visit this page periodically to be aware of the possible changes.
